Dates
We need dates for the sponsorship brochure. According to schedule, we should ideally decide at the beginning at the year. People have asked on Foundation list. Depends on venue. Proposed dates are 7-9 for core, 10-13 for hackfests. The local team finds these dates good.
Venue
Mattias contacted Flax, who has a contact at Studiefrämjandet. He needs to reach back. We would need to make a list of attendees. A second contact was the IT section of Göta Studentkår. Michal was the contact.

- ACTION: AndreasN to contact Ash regarding Collaboratory and see if they have more halls
Skyman and Fabiana crunched the numbers on Folkets Hus. 3 days for the 212+95 costs 50 000 SEK 2 days costs 35000 SEK 212 for 3 days (+frilagret) cost 31 000 SEK

Sponsorship brochure & GNOME.Asia combined sponsorship. Brochure is done. Added info about combined GNOME.Asia and GUADE sponsorship contract. Emily wanted continuous contact with us.

GUADEC meeting at FOSDEM
AndreasN, Mattias and Fabiana needs to meet up with people from the board regarding guadec at FOSDEM.
- ACTION: Skyman to e-mail the spreadsheet with the costs to Mattias and Andreas
Call for Papers
Mattias have sorted out the call for papers committee. Ebassi had some issues previous years. He's willing to do it again. The local team need to sort out the infrastructure parts to make sure he gets the papers.
- ACTION: Ebassi takes care of the Call for Papers. Mattias is the contact.
- ACTION: Mattias create a time plan together with Ebassi
- ACTION: AndreasN, Mattias and Fabiana have a web system hackfest after FOSDEM
Social events
Proposal is to not spend time on social events during the meetings. Instead we should split out into groups.
Themes: one non-alcoholic event, two other parties
- ACTION: Everyone to break into 3 groups of 2 and come up with proposals for social events.

- ACTION: everyone to look at the list in the wiki. Everyone to add some ideas until next meeting.
- ACTION: Oliver to go through the list on the wiki and find some more info on the suggested speakers by others outside this meeting
