Swag for first time contributors (Carlos)
- First time contributors are very important for PR. Can we do that for GNOME as well?
It's tricky shipping internationally. Maybe contacting the shop and sending the stickers especially for first time contributors. Rewarding new contributors,working in a way to motivate. https://www.zazzle.com/store/gnome
This is all of our merch stores right now https://www.gnome.org/merchandise/. Britt think we maybe should try to combine or consolidate these into 1 stop shop for all GNOME merch.
Linuxfest Northwest
- Sri will be at LFNW and man the booth, then the swag will pass on to Rosanna, later we will have a booth at OSCON.
West Coast Hackfest - planning
- We are planning West Coast Hackfest, 3 teams are participating: Engagement team, doc and GTK, on 18-21 of July. Around 15 people in total.
- We should start planning the topic and agenda.
FLISOL
- Looking for a native spanish speaker to talk about GNOME.
- Event will be held in several cities throughout Latin America April 27
Season of Docs

- Couple of projects we want to apply for (5 projects)
- Have at least 2-3 technical writers for (GTK, gnome help)
GUADEC
- Just did the call for papers (after difficulty with the platform)
- Greek local team asks that we promote the CfP
- To-do, deciding what the prices of the tickets are - it is going to take some time
- @Sri asks about getting early approvals from the travel committee - start accepting talks in April and in May.
