Hotkeys

• CapsLock - H: tell users how to define a new shortcut

• Enter: announce "New Accelerator" informing the user to enter a new shortcut

Usage

• Navigate through each item in the dialog with the arrow keys
• Press Enter to define a new shortcut and press Esc to discard the change

Bugs

• LSR loses the focus of the current item when users try to search for a specific item
• Accessible item immediately after the section title is changed when users try to expand or collapse that specific section. This unexpected changed would cause "double-pronunciation" of the current item.
