Pointers for Editors

• With regards to software announcements please try to pool 3+ stories togther before posting so that software announcements don't create too much noise on the frontpage. Example

• Please uncheck the "In moderation queue" checkbox when making news go live so that people don't waste time reviewing stories that have already been reviewed.
• Be careful when submitting stories that contain images/screenshots in the HTML, the standard filter will strip the images. Use the "Full HTML" input format when posting these types of stories.
