Coordinators and mentors from each organization, please acknowledge each application addressed to your organization in a timely fashion by customizing the responses from the application response builder. One easy way to check what needs a response is by looking at the online archives.

Please send encouragement e-mails to applicants who were not selected similar to these sample e-mails after 7pm UTC on May 27.

Coordinators, please maintain and send in by May 8 a list of all applicants to you organization. Please order all sections by the strength of the applicants. Please make a note if the applicant didn't make a contribution, and feel free to add any other notes as well. Please include a total number of applicants, total number of applicants with contributions, and a number of applicants in each section. Please work with GSoC administrators from your project on accepting applicants you want to accept who applied for both OPW and GSoC through GSoC. In exceptional circumstances, please make a note about why you want to accept an OPW and GSoC applicant through OPW.
