Description

A local community GUADEC watching/hacking event for people from Central Europe who don't fly or don't want to travel to Mexico for GUADEC.

Just like last year, we plan on meeting at the venue on the conference and BoF days to watch talks and do some hacking.

Tips and info

All public transports require wearing an FFP2 mask.

Schedule

Tuesday 19th

The night before GUADEC starts we're going for dinner/drinks, time/location TBA

Wednesday 20th

On the first day (Wed 20) we all go to a Chinese restaurant "Ming Dynastie" right next to the venue, reservation is at 12:30.

Daily schedule

• Meet at 11:30 behind c-base (near the water)
• Doors open at 12:00

• We make the daily schedule at 12:00 using the unconference format. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unconference

• At 12:30 we go for lunch
• The GUADEC in Mexico runs from 15:00 to 22:00 (Europe/Berlin)
• Venue doors close at 22:00 at the earliest, but probably we can stay until much later most days
