  • Beijing video team is working on the GNOME.Asia Summit Video. [In progress]

• Local team update
  • 1. Emily is working on the final budget report, we are still waiting for confirmation from Fedora.
  • 2. The after conference survey is done.
  • 3. Emily is calling for Chinese sponsor for GUADEC. CSDN,seafile, gitcafe is interested to sponsor GUADEC as bronze sponsor
  • 4. Bin Li share the data of the conference:
    1. We had 563 registration, 355 signed in, the ratio is 63%
    2. 35 female signed in
    3. 50 volunteers
    4. 50 speakers (including lightning speakers)

  • 5. Press release - BinLi, tonghui Emily working on the press release on both English version and Chinese version

  • 6. Talking to the Linux foundation about co-hosting
