- Monday: Defined mission and goals of the Diversity Team; brainstormed ideas for the first goal of attracting newcomers from underrepresented and marginalized backgrounds
- Tuesday: Community and event codes of conduct; (if time remains) brainstorm ideas for the second and third goals: (2) welcome and include and (3) retain contributors from underrepresented and marginalized backgrounds
