All the time IsmaelOlea will be available as contact person. Reach him if needed. He'll carry a walkietalkie too.
Briefings
There will be volunteer briefings outside the main hall; meeting first in the building entrance area
- Friday - 09:45
- Saturday - 10:20
- Sunday - 10:20
If you are signed up to volunteer but have nothing assigned then we will find something for you at this time We would like everyone to attend these briefings as they will contain important information about the venue.
Registration / info desk / merchandise sales

Session chairs
A session chair is responsible for one talk room. You will need to introduce each speaker, keep track of time, hand over the microphone to attendees asking questions, and help to ensure everyone can get a seat.
Videos
Record the video and audio for each talk. We provide the necessary equipment.
Monitors
Room monitors are people who can keep check on where people are sitting, ensure the room doesn't become full, help facilitate questions & answers at the end of the talk.
Set up / pack down / runner
Making sure things are in the right place before and after the conference. This also includes setting up decorations etc. at the evening events.

Take high quality photos of the event -- you'll need your own camera.

The main group photo will be managed by IsmaelOlea with a local photographer to be made on Friday 7th just before lunch. Obviously, other photographers could make theirs too.
Volunteers T-shirt sizes
Each volunteer gets a special T-shirt. If you registered before 24th June, we ordered one for you. Please pick yours up on Thursday evening or Friday morning.
