GNOME Goal: Port your application to GStreamer 1.0

As you probably know, GStreamer developers are working hard in the 1.0 of this multimedia framework.

So It would be great if you start to port your modules as soon as possible, so you can help to fix remaining issues hindering such ports, be that bugs in binding code, missing plugins, broken pluging etc.

Guidelines

You have some GStreamer 1.0 resources here:

You might want to check with people in #gstreamer on freenode IRC before embarking on any porting work, someone might already have started the same thing.

Status of this goal

{i} Tip: If you choose to work on a module, create the bug report on the GNOME bugzilla for the relevant module, and make it block bug 679412. This way people will know someone already works on it, and won't duplicate the work you're doing.
