  • Deepesha sent all the email to speakers and the meeting with Melissa took place regarding sponsorship package and pricing..
  • Local team is currently waiting from Melissa for the sponsorship proposal, then they can start approaching potential sponsors. They already created MOU and Email templates but waiting for Proposal to start the outreach work.

  • Local team have opened the Call For Community Partner (Nepal & Asia OSS/Tech communities) from yesterday for event marketing.

  • All paper reviewers should finish voting by last Friday.

• AI: Kristi will finalise hotel with Melissa and keep us updated.
• AI: Melissa will revise the sponsorship proposal and send to local team.
• AI: Travel Committee will send emails to speakers to confirm which speakers will come, then we will release schedule.
• AI: Local team will get general details and post confirmed topics to social network for event marketing once the speakers are confirmed.
• AI: Deepesha will help to open registration thsi week.
• AI: Sammy will change the format of minutes to show attendees and who're absent or missing from meeting.
• AI: Local team send the latest budget plan in telegram by tomorrow.
