GNOME.Asia Summit 2023 Update
- Asmit prepared an announcement draft
- Local team is gathering volunteers, and Syzawan forwarded volunteer emails to the local team.
- Local team got the venue confirmation, and they requested is 1 hall and 3 rooms. 2 rooms with a capacity of 50 for talks and workshops, and 1 room will be used by the staff team & Asia committee. The conference hall will be used for opening, closing, keynotes, and talks.
- Local team provided the City information.
- Call For Papers are started from Aug 1.

- We try to move the future meetings to Thursday.
- Asmit proposed that he can help to send people iCal invitations for future meetings.
- Syzawan and fenris attended COSCUP in Taipei, Taiwan and promoted GNOME Asia Summit 2023 at a booth shared with Ubuntu TW community, and Syzawan was also on stage to present for the Summit at a lightning talk.

AI: Local team are requesting for better facilities from university, after further confirmation, they will provide a list of available rooms (room names) and indiciate on schedule/program how we will use it, and list out any rooms for internal uses.
