  • Few more volunteers joined the local team to handle pre-conference works.
  • Local team will have a meeting on Sunday to discuss and revise the schedule, cost, venue.
  • rho will be person-in-charge until the local team confirmed a replacement.
  • rho is working on logo design competition.
  • Local team agreed to extend to 2-day main conference + 1-day optional activity. Date will be 1-3 October but consider to postpone for a month for better preparation. Sammy prefer October, Kristi and Syzawan prefer November.
  • Plan to have live video streaming for conference, Syzawan can help local team if needed.
