- Tobi will help to write the Annual report for 2013.[pending, tobi not at Meeting today]
- sakana double check the speaker list and days for accommodation. [Done]
- BinLi will contact Fedora for announce the schedule.[Done]
- oliverp and tonghuix to make detail plan for media/publicity.[in progress]
- Sammy will write articles which will publish on Linux Pilot and help GNOME video.
- tonghuix & oliver & sammy will work in the news report together.
- sammy will interview people, then two volunteers can make the video for the closing time of the summit each day.
- For the colored badge, red, yellow and green, the local team's vote is NO to do this, cause we co-host with FUDcon, so it is complicate.
GNOME Asia Summit 2014
- Everyone discuss the event register method. BinLi will help to check eventdove English layout.
- We must finish the speaker list with accommodation before next Thursday.
- Local team had meeting on Saturday, we discuss by groups, now we have 6 group, each group has a leader.
- We are plan have sport during the summit, BinLi and Oliver will help to organize the sport.
- Oliver begin drafting the interviews,https://etherpad.gnome.org/p/2014_ASIA_Summit_interviews.
- Everyone discuss the T-shirts and print materials.
- BinLi will check with travel agent about the price to go to Great wall.
