  • Emily Work with Mozilla for Chinese contract and FAPIAO [Mozilla need the Fapiao with category as : Fee of the conference]

  • BinLi will contact Alick Zhao to talk about schedule. [Done]

  • tonghuix will sent Chinese CFS out this week.[done for a while, but still in lawyer review.]
• GNOME Asia Summit 2014
  • utian join our irc meeting, he is the one who want to bring gnome.asia to indonesia next year.

  • BinLi update the session with Fedora team, and Emily will ask Mozilla for talk imformation.

  • Everyone discuss the sponsor status, like Oracle and others.
  • We will soon announce GNOME Travel subsidy policy, and some speaker need invite letter for visa.
  • Everyone agree to pay 3 nights for RMS.
  • Beijing local team will meet volunteers lead at Mozilla office this week.
