- Zugwan and simon_ will plan one day tour, and sakana will send mail to notify speaker we have one day tour plan [vote to delete]
- sakana will discuss with Karen and Emily about hotel booking. [in process]

- GNOME.Asia 2013 Status with the Korean Local Team
- We can not use NIPA budget for one day tour, everyone discuss the one day tour plan and vote, every one trend plan great celebrate dinner replace one day tour. Local team will lead speaker or someone join the city tour.(Not official, Free to join)
- Everyone discuss T-Shirt contest and will vote for final with mail list.
- Everyone discuss the printing for summit.(flyer, banner...)
- Everyone discuss call for volunteers, Jincreator say some students interest about volunteers.
- Everyone discuss Registration Page of GNOME Asia Summit 2013. And we should prepare registration page as soon as possible.
