- GNOME.Asia 2013 bids team status
- GNOME.Asia committee members, Beijing and Korea members introduce and know each other.
Bids team ask some question for Summit CheckList https://live.gnome.org/GnomeAsia/SummitCheckList
- Bids team introduce their venue, potential sponsorship, and their plan for summit.
- Beijing and Korea already have GNOME Users Group at local.
- Everyone discuss about the invite keynote speaker and foreign speaker with summit.
- Bids team will send their proposal before 28th Oct, 2012.
- When will we meet next?
- We adjust the next meeting on Wednesday -- to avoid board meeting
- We will meet next weeks on Wednesday, October 31th, at 14:00 UTC in #asia-summit
