Moved to Git
GObjectIntrospection, gir-repository, and Seed have now moved to Gnome Git, and can be checked out as below:

Requires a recent build of WebKit (http://webkit.org/). GObjectIntrospection, and gir-repository (http://svn.gnome.org/svn/gir-repository).
For any interested users, https://launchpad.net/~orange-owners/+archive contains Ubuntu Intrepid packages for Seed and its dependencies (as they can be rather cumbersome to build). After adding the PPA to your sources.list, a simple apt-get install seed will pull in all necessary dependencies.
0.1
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/seed/0.1/
Requires a recent build of WebKit (http://webkit.org/). GObjectIntrospection, and gir-repository (http://svn.gnome.org/svn/gir-repository).
For any interested users, https://edge.launchpad.net/~orange-owners/+archive contains Ubuntu Intrepid packages for Seed and its dependencies (as they can be rather cumbersome to build). After adding the PPA to your sources.list, a simple apt-get install seed will pull in all necessary dependencies.
Please note, that if wishing to build gir-repository from source with Clutter support, on many distributions (at least Ubuntu and Fedora), https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libselinux/+bug/237156 may be triggered, resulting in a segfault during the build process. The suggested workaround of compiling libselinux with DISABLE_SETRANS=y works fine. Such a libselinux is not actually required to run anything related to seed, just (in some occasions) for the actual compilation of gir-repository. An additional workaround would be to copy the Clutter related .typelibs out of the gir-repository package on the PPA, as they are built properly.
A few (outdated) notes/screenshots of some of the example applications are available at: http://www.hortont.com/blog/2008/11/seed-in-screenshots/
