Building, Bundling, and Integrating

A trio of subprojects to facilitate building Gtk-based applications and their dependencies on macOS, bundling the result into a signed application bundle, and for older Gtk2 and Gtk3 applications that haven't migrated to the GApplication/GMenu architecture, integrate the menus with the macOS menubar and Dock.
