System details: "June 4th, 2016 - GNOME 3.22 master - Fedora 23"

Stage: Build

jhbuild build: Required system dependencies not installed. Install using the command 'jhbuild sysdeps --install' or to ignore system dependencies use command-line option --nodeps

Cause: pkg-config file for libgdiplus is broken Variable 'libjpeg_prefix' not defined in '/usr/lib64/pkgconfig/libgdiplus.pc'

Solution: Remove -L${libjpeg_prefix}/lib from /usr/lib64/pkgconfig/libgdiplus.pc
