Petr leads the GNOME Documentation Project and also participates in the Czech GNOME localization and several other Open Source Software internationalization and localization efforts. He works as a technical writer at Red Hat. A GNOME Foundation member since 2008, and one of the GNOME Translation Project Coordination Team members.
From February 2008 to March 2018, he was a coordinator of the Czech GNOME localization team. Within the Czech translation community, he helps with co-maintaining http://www.l10n.cz, an upstream l10n project which aims to provide glossaries and various other resources for Czech l10n support.
