One easy way to find the applications that were sent to your organization is by searching for your organization's name in the subject lines in the online archives.
Please put together and send in to the email@example.com a list of all applicants to you organization following the format below by November 18. Please order all sections by the strength of the applicants. Please make a note if the applicant didn't make a contribution, and feel free to add any other notes as well.

Confirmation of application receipt e-mails were sent to all the applicants shortly after the deadline on November 11. Please send encouragement e-mails to applicants who were not selected similar to these sample e-mails after 7pm UTC on November 25.
