Message Tray for 3.2

This project aims at improving the notification system of GNOME Shell hopefully for GNOME 3.2 release. The Notification Server of GNOME Shell has various capabilities that can be efficiently utilized by various applications. Major work involved will be around removing the old Status Icons for various apps and using the Notification API provided by the GNOME Shell. More apps being integrated into Message Tray thus makes GNOME Shell more elegant.
