This course will cover the basics of multimedia using the GStreamer library. Students will learn how to record and playback audio and video as well as perform basic processing on the multimedia content. During this course, students will create a basic multimedia player that can play video or audio with visualizations.
Students will work through the following chapters and perform the exercises. Questions may be asked of the mentor as well as the community on IRC.
