1. GNOME Shell AppPicker redesign

This project is about redesign of GNOME Shell's app picker since until now GnomeShell does not match the current design mockups:
Applications should be paginated rather than scrolled - this will work better with the new folders, and will help with spatial memory. See this mockup for one idea of how it could look
Make the transition gorgeous - the currently used fade does not compare favorably to the original mockup
Expose folder editing to users - it is still unclear whether editing should be available in the overview itself or via an application like in this mockup, so close collaboration with the design team is expected
