1. GNOME Project Mallard online
This Summer of Code proposal is all about System online to create, edit, review Mallard Syntax document for GNOME Documentation Project, and the resultant file would be available for revision on the web interface, not automatically pushed to git.gnome.org, the maintainer would download a git formatted patch from the web when it's ready and push to git from his/her computer. The patch would be a git formatted patch (author, date, subject, etc) so people without committer rights can get direct credit for the commit.
