Fedora

• Current versions: GNOME stable releases in the latest release, latest stable and unstable packages in rawhide.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux

• Source RPMS: RHEL4 stock and RHEL4 updates, RHEL5 (beta)

• Current versions: GNOME 2.8 in RHEL4, 2.16 in RHEL5 (beta)

Debian

• You can also browse package SVN with debian/patches dirs: http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-gnome/ (you want desktop/unstable/<package name>/debian/patches or desktop/experimental/<package name>/debian/patches)
