GNOME and IRC

The GNOME Community is currently using Matrix and an IRC bridge as one of its main communication mediums. Since the 21th of November 2022, Libera.Chat is kindly hosting the #gnome-* channels namespace.
We expect all the users joining any of the GNOME channels to respect the GNOME Code of Conduct.
