A multi-stakeholder hackfest for projects using yelp, yelp-xsl, or yelp-tools.

Agenda, goals

(!) <at least 5 *concrete* goals>

Measuring your success

(!) <a few expectations about the hackfest that you expect that -if met- will make it a successful gathering>

Potential Projects

Yelp is used by a number of projects. Other projects have expressed interest in either using Yelp, or building their own tooling on yelp-xsl. Here is a list of projects we should contact about joining a Yelp hackfest.

Projects using Yelp:

  • Unity
  • Endless
  • Cinnamon
  • MATE

Other projects that might have interest:

  • Xfce
  • KDE

We need to assemble a potential list of attendees before scheduling. To keep total travel costs down, we should book on the continent with the most attendees. If you are interested in coming, please add your name and location:

(!) Note to organizers
for the initial proposal estimates are ok, before the final approval you will be asked for final confirmed costs (reasonable variations are ok).
The sooner you figure out the final costs, the better. And please remember to be frugal.
