Goals
https://wiki.gnome.org/TranslationProject/ is outdated and could really use a rework. Translators are not necessarily documentation writers and help from the latter would be appreciated.
Maybe part of these docs actually belong to developer.gnome.org and we need to migrate them. We also need a developer point of view to tell us how to best explain them our requirements. DX experts are welcome.

We need to choose between two potential cities: Paris and Strasbourg.
The venue in Paris could be provided by Mozilla. We need to get in touch with our contact there.
In Strasbourg, the Vodata mansion would be available, we'd have room to work and to sleep for about fifteen people.
