1. Game Jam
Montpellier, October 15–21 2018
Primary contact: Adrien Plazas
Secondary contact: Stephen Pearce
1.1. Description
Currently GNOME offers no game working well on touch screens, existing games could be made to work better on them but we could go further and create new games created directly with touch screens in mind for more of diversity.
Stephen Pearce expressed the will to create new games for GNOME, Clipsey expressed the will to create games for the GNOME-based Librem 5 phone, Bastian Ilsø expressed interest in creating games and game graphics and Adrien Plazas is interested in gathering all these persons with converging interests.
The goal of this game jam is to create a simple touch-first game for GNOME.
