1.2. Description
The hackfest will happen at the Igalia offices (see the photo), which are located at Bugallal Marchesi 22, 1st, 15008 A Coruña, Galicia, Spain:
1.2.1. Agenda, goals
- The hackfest will last 4 days, but the 8th of December is considered the arrival day and the 13th the departure day, so the venue will also be available those two days.
The agenda will be defined during the hackfest itself following a "Unconference" format. Here's a preliminary list of tasks some of us think could be interesting to address: Preliminary Agenda

1.2.3. Costs (besides the trips)
- Hotel: it's around 26€ night per person, (including breakfast and wifi)
1.3. Sponsors
Ask for information if you want to contribute as sponsor. More sponsors are welcome, as the GNOME Foundation still needs to cover part of the hackfest costs.
1.4. Other contributors
Adobe contributes to the hackfest paying trip and accomodation for their developer Mihnea-Vlad Ovidenie.
Intel contributes to the hackfest paying trip and accomodation for their developer Joone Hur.
Samsung contributes to the hackfest paying trips and accomodation for their developers Denis Nomiyama and Anton Obzhirov.
Igalia provides the venue for free and pays some extra trips for some of their developers, on top of the sponsorship.
1.5. How to get there
- Air: A Coruña has an airport connected to Madrid, Amsterdam, Lisboa and other destinations. It's easy to get there.
- Train: There are trains getting to A Coruña, the station is close to the venue/hotel.
- Bus: Buses are available, the station is close to the venue/hotel.
- Car: You can get there driving, indeed.
Walking: Sure
1.6. Accommodation and food
We will book in Avenida Hotel, which is 500 m from the venue (5 minute walk)
