Tasty Vegan Orange Cake/Cupcakes

- 1 cup of self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 tsp of grated orange rind
- 1/3 of soy milk
125g of Nuttelex (or substitute), roughly chopped
- 2 tbl soy flour
- 1 tbl apple sauce

Cake
Sift flour into a large mixing bowl. Add other ingredients, mix into a thick paste with a wooden spoon, ensuring that all the ingredients are mixed in.
Pour the mixture into a lined caked in or cupcake patties.
For a cake, bake at 180C for 40-45 minutes.
For cupcakes, make at 180C for 15 minutes.
