Cheesecake
Filling Ingredients:
- 32oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
Crust ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham cracker
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 tbsp sugar
Directions:
- Combine crushed graham cracker sugar, and melted butter
- Form mix into crust on a 9in springform pan
- Place cream cheese in the bowl of an electric stand mixer
- Run the mixer with the wire hook attachment at medium speed, incrementally adding the sugar
- Add vanilla and eggs at low speed, scraping the sides of the mixing bowl between each egg
- Pour filling into the crust
- Bake a 325F for 55 minutes or until the center is almost set (if the center jiggles very slightly when the pan is shaken, its done)
- Allow to cool for 15-20 mins and then move to a refrigerator for at least 3 hours
