- The Foundation Board approved the Nepal proposal and US$4,000 advance for basic venue/event costs and lunch.
- We discussed that the conference should be extended to 2 days, and the reps of the local team will discuss with the local team.

- Kristi thinks that it is also an opportunity to come together and organize a meeting with some leaders of GNOME ASIA local teams in a one-day meeting to discuss ideas on how we can help to boost GNOME Asia, get more volunteers and share our thoughts about future plans.
