- Malaysia team is planning an in-person event and is negotiating with a few universities to be the co-host.

- Some members did not receive the T-shirt of last Summit.
- GNOME Rocket Chat server is no longer in use at the end of May. The next meeting will be moved to GNOME Martix.

AI: Malaysia team will update & confirm the venue at the next meeting.
- AI: Malaysia team will go through their 1st submitted proposal and see any revising, eg. budget.
