- Kristi receives all 3 Keynote Speaker’s abstract for poster design by Indonesia team.
- Local team started promoting the registration , and as today we have 55 registrations.
- Only 2 members of the proposal review team voted.
- We can confirm all the speakers at the same time once the voting has finished, Kristi can send them all an email to try BBB.
- We discuss the agenda and finalise the speaker list on next meeting
- Local team will think when is the start time of the summit.

- We change our meeting time to every Tuesdays 13:00 UTC from the next meeting.
