• GNOME.Asia Summit 2020 Update
  • 26 submissions are received in CFP, proposal review is working progress.
  • Proposal review is expected to end in the first week of November, we may allow extra few days for proposal review if needed.
  • Collecting abstracts from 3 Keynote speakers.

  • We will use chat feature on GNOME BBB first at the summit. If we got problem with builtin chat features like GUADEC, we will use RocketChat as backup plan.

• AI: local team send the abstract of keynotes to Kristi and invite Indonesia team to help design poster graphics.
• AI: everyone pushes the registration now hardly.
• AI: the local team will send Kristi the details of the cooking class and music performance this week.
• AI: Kristi and Sammy will draft the todo list and share it with the local team.
