• GNOME.Asia Summit 2020 Update
  • Oliver Propst, Tobias Mueller, Bin Li, Max Huang, Khairul Aizat Kamarudzzaman, Dr. Muhammad Izham Ismail, Muhammad Najmi Ahmad Zabidi (7 members from Asia committee and local team) join the proposal review committee.

  • All 3 Keynote speakers (Rob McQueen, Hong Phuc Dang, Khairul Aizat Kamarudzzaman) accepted the invitation to deliver keynotes.

  • Local team already emailed to some of the sponsors.
  • Conference dates remain on 24-26 November.
  • 20 submissions are received.
  • Registration is opened and starts the promotion after the CFP.

Action Items

• AI: Kristi will grant access and send vote instruction to program review members after collected their account name and email address from fenris and sammy.
• AI: everyone push harder to promote CFP.
• AI: the local team write down the details of cooking session, baking session and music session plan, and send to us before next meeting.
