• GNOME.Asia Summit 2020 Update
  • Haris and Malaysia team reported that they sent the only proposal received to the board of director, and the board of director agreed the proposal. Therefore, the discussion on the proposal at GNOME Asia committee meeting is skipped.
  • Participants of this meeting agree quickly that Malaysia is selected to be the host of 2020 Asia Summit.
  • Sammy ask the local team to send the latest version of proposal to the GNOME Asia committee mailing list.
  • Malaysia team will discuss with UNIMAP tomorrow for the details of venue arrangement.
  • UNIMAP agreed to be the co-host of Summit together with Malaysia team with the proposed date (23 - 25 October 2020)
