  • Discussed the combined packages, for GNOME.Asia we voted 10/7.5/5/2.5/1, for the combined packages we recommend 20/15/10/5/2 .

  • Tobi and BinLi help to Allan and jeff's email about the combined packages.

• Idea about call for more sponsors
  • For long time sponsors more than 3 years, will get 1 level up
  • Encourage the sponsors to sponsor a special way, such as sponsor a dinner, T-shirts, webcast, etc.
  • Make a brochure

  • Invited local team subscribe asia-summit list.
  • Local team help collect necessary content for brochure, refer to 2013, 2014, 2015's brochure.
