  • sakana will write the announcement with GNOME.Asia Summit 2015 -- pending, cause need to know the status of venue and date
  • estu_ will confirm the date and venue before 15 Nov -- Still need some time to confirm.
• GNOME.Asia Summit 2015 and update

  • Indonesia team ask Faculty of Computer Science, University of Indonesia ( http://www.cs.ui.ac.id/?lang=en ) to become co-organizer and they response positive about that. they still discuss about date & availability of main hall in Campus top level management.

  • Indonesia team propose for the summit date is 8-10 May, 2015, but need to confirm later.
  • Indonesia team ask about modify the GNOME.Asia logo and everyone discuss about that.
  • Utian maybe has lighting talk session in FOSSAsia 2015 to promote GNOME.Asia Summit 2015.
  • We might have meeting next week if Indonesia team confirm the venue. If it is not get confirm at next Monday, we will have meeting next 2 week.
