  • tonghuix will sent Chinese CFS out this week.[Pending]
  • sakana sammyfungmob and Haggen will help to translate CFS traditional version.[Wait Tong Hui version]
  • sakana will contact Linux Pilot as media sponsor. [Done]
  • Emily will work on a potential sponsors lists with karen.[Pending]
• GNOME Asia Summit 2014
  • Linux Pilot will be our Media Sponsor this year.
  • Beijing team just meeting last Sunday and arrange every detail item one by one.
    • plan 15th Mar -- To meet Volunteers.
    • Beijing team already discuss the keynote speaker in China.
    • Beijing team discuss the potential sponsor in China.
    • tonghuix will take care T-shirt contest, the T-shirt contest will be from 1st Mar to 1st April.
    • Discuss the venue and discuss the food in venue. they also discuss the network (wifi...) and set marketing contact.
    • We need call for help on the artist design
  • Marina suggest we could post about it in #gnome-design a few times.
  • We were mail to 2 of Google Summer of Code students(Invite them to join and share in summit), waiting their reply.

  • BinLi still wait Canonical reply for Sponsorship.

  • Our Call for paper deadline coming soon, we should spread the CFP as possible as we can.
