• Karen will contact Linux Fundation to ask about bank information. [Done]
• sakana will send Call for Paper reminder to speakers last year. [Done]

Meeting notes

• GNOME.Asia 2013 Status with the Korean Local Team
  • Linux Foundation don't have a local bank account in Korea. Haggen knew CC Korea and will contact CC Korea for local bank account. Karen will help to contact CC in the US.
  • Simon will visit NIPA at 15th Mar, and check all item for summit. And will ask NIPA for use budget for t-shirts and etc.
  • Simon start LG sponsorship with GNOME.Asia 2013. SeoZ is trying to get Samsung support.

  • Haggen update new CFS on live.gnome.org https://live.gnome.org/GnomeAsia/2013Summit.

  • Will, jooncheol and Darkcircle working on content and add to website.
  • Karen will send CFS to advisory board members.

  • Everyone discuss about volunteers in summit, and we should start call for volunteers. Simon will create call for volunteers in Korean & English for posting on website as well as email distribution.

  • We got 44 total submissions to date, and will announce CFP accept this week. Everyone continue keynote discussion in email.
  • Will and Joocheol have prepared the website to accept registrations and will have a testable version this week.
