This is a page for GNOME.Asia team to brief volunteers:

1. prepare desks (if 1 meter / desk, we need 20 desks) and chairs (40 chairs) - 6 people
2. inform canteens of the number of participants - 1 people
3. Computers PCs x 2 for gnome booths - 1 people
4. Install 100 pcs with opensuse 11.4 - 5 people
5. Double check the pcs - 2 people
6. Video taking and upload them - 2 people
7. Photo taking and upload them - 2 people
8. Prepare six MCs - 6 people (2 people / track)
9. Performance? on closing ceremony

Registration

10 people

1. Show their doattend tickets to the receptionist
2. Volunteers have spreadsheet on hand
3. Cross out the name in the spreadsheet
4. Give them a badge and a schedule
5. Participants write down their names on the spot
6. For refund, point them to the GNOME booth

Refund

1. Give them a list of paid registrants and paid amount
2. One volunteer at the GNOME booth to do the refund
3. Prepare money change
4. 20,000 rs
