Remarks

  • In total we need 4 x 1 hour keynotes - 45 mins talk + 15 mins Q/A
  • In total we have 23 x 1 hour talks (for 3 tracks) - 45 mins talk + 15 mins Q/A
  • We will consider to add 1 or 2 more tracks if we have more speakers (we are very flexible on this thanks to the venue provider)
  • In total we have 10 x 5 mins lightning talks
  • Booths and exhibitions: 8:30 to 17:00
  • There will be a few BOFs - organized by the GNOME Foundation, GNOME marketing team and GNOME.Asia Committee (TBC)
  • We proposed to have a party room (and support booth) as well, the purpose is to help students / participants to install GNOME Shell and Linux Desktop with GNOME 3.0. We can also prepare some GNOME related games in the party room
