Registration

We offer different options of registration for participants of GNOME.Asia Summit 2011.

Online Payment:

You may pay online directly through a variety of payment options. Please note that the payment fee is non-refundable. The payment structure is as follows:

Students - Rs.250 (US $5.5)

Bonafide students with a valid school/college photo identity card pay a discounted fee of Rs.250 (US $5.5). The limit for purchase is one ticket per student.

Delegate - Rs.500 (US $11)

The delegate fee for individuals is Rs.500 (US $11). The limit for purchase is one ticket per individual. The delegate fee includes access to all aspects of GNOME.Asia Summit 2011, including all talks, workshops, Bof, etc, as well as lunch on the two days. There is no per-day charge, the delegate fee is the same whether you attend one day or two days.

Corporate - Rs.2000 (US $44)

Corporate attendees coming from companies, and who require a receipt, pay Rs.2000 (US $44). This package is optional and meant for organizations who wish to help support the event. All other full delegate benefits are included in the package. The extra amount helps pay for student subsidies and other aspects of the event, and will be acknowledged at the event and on the website. Unlike other ticket-types, multiple corporate tickets may be purchased by a company representative in one transaction.

Offline Payment - Rs.800 (US $17)

You may pay the registration fee at the venue as well. Spot registration is Rs.800 (US $17). Please bring Indian currency notes or US dollars and the payment fee is non-refundable.

About the Pass:

When you register, you will receive a ticket in your email. You MUST bring a printout of this ticket with you when you come to the venue! At the registration counter, you must present this ticket, and you will receive your Delegate Pass. You *MUST* display this card whenever you enter the premises or any area within the premises (such as an auditorium). It is common for people to have the pass on the first day and forget it at home (or lend it to a cheapskate friend) on subsequent days. We are afraid that will result in your eviction.

Moral of the story: DON’T LOSE YOUR PASS!
