- Deepesha sent all the email to speakers and the meeting with Melissa took place regarding sponsorship package and pricing..
- Local team is currently waiting from Melissa for the sponsorship proposal, then they can start approaching potential sponsors. They already created MOU and Email templates but waiting for Proposal to start the outreach work.
- Local team have opened the Call For Community Partner (Nepal & Asia OSS/Tech communities) from yesterday for event marketing.
- All paper reviewers should finish voting by last Friday.
