GNOME.Asia Summit 2023 Update
1. deepesha has shared sponsorship prospectus and some minor changes also been altered regarding email
2. local team also shared their sponsorship prospectus, but might need standardisation on design and cost; kristi will update with feedback
3. local team has shared their budgetary, and kristi is delight with it - will review and update with feedback
4. local team has manage to find suitable location for 30th Nov meeting, and will share with kristi if there's any cost
5. review has assigned and needed to review all abstract ASAP
6. keynote speaker nomination has been confirmed; Justin Flory (GNOME) & Ravi Bhattarai (local team).

- Aaditya Singh propose if the team able to make a simple video for promotional - others seems abit hesitant but did provide previous event video via YouTube (GUADEC & GAS22)
- we had confusion upon schedule planning, but everything resolve. syazwan asked deepsesha if she able to come out with schedule skeleton for 2 days talk.
