- GNOME.Asia Summit 2023 Update
The local team proposes Mr. Ravi Bhattarai as a local keynote speaker.
St. Xavier took too long to sign an MOU, so the local team made a decision to change & look for a new venue again.
- The local team is recruiting volunteers.
- The local team is preparing a potential sponsor list.
- Asmit modified and published the GNOME Asia Summit 2023 announcement post on Discourse, Foundation’s website, and Twitter.
- Asmit collected emails from the committee and local team in order to send iCal invitations to everyone.
- Call for papers is started from August 1 and got 3 abstract submissions.
Sammy looked into Timeline prepared by Kristi and discussed with local team and committee members.
- Local Transportation and Attractions are added to event page, for accommodation, we wait for further confirmation from Kristi.
- For paper team, Sammy suggests to look for 4 from local team and Asia committee and 3 from international. Fenris will be one of members from Asia.

- AI: The local team is looking for a new venue, and update the committee in 1-2 weeks.
